The Constitutional Reform on Energy Resources approved by the Permanent Constituent Congress enacted by the President of the Republic in 2013 meant a solid step towards the modernization of the energy sector of our country through assignments or contracts to Pemex and private companies in order increase the production of deposits of hydrocarbons that had not been properly exploited due to the lack of investment, implementation, and technology capacity.
